About Me.

My name is Cody Williams, head coach and I would like to introduce you to myself and what WPG is all about. I grew up an athlete and raced at the highest level of motocross/supercross for 8 years. With many amateur titles, podium finishes at Loretta Lynns National and a successful career racing with many of the greatest riders past and present I have had the ability to learn along the way and apply that to everything in life. I am now competing at the highest level of AG triathlon, from sprint distance to full distance Ironman. I have competed in everything from 200k cycling races to the Ironman World Championships in Kona and 70.3 World Championships. My background in racing motocross has established an inevitable desire to push myself while triathlon has honed that desire and taught me about the process while learning how to train at the highest level. I have worked with many top coaches in all different sports and had the privilege to learn and apply that to my own training. I can't wait to share this journey with you and help you learn all that I have to offer over these past 15 years of top-level training.

Over the last 4 years I have successfully transitioned from motocross to triathlon swim/bike/run racing and grown in the sport. In 2021 with no knowledge of the sport I set out to complete my first 70.3 when unknowingly I would fall in love with a new sport. 4 years later I am happy to be with the top US amateur triathlon team Team EMJ/Roka Stndrd racing. In 2024 I had my most successful year of racing becoming the top ranked AWA in the US for my age group. 

2022-2024

Pro Am level motocross racing

After retiring from full time mx and sx racing I was able to enjoy a successful run racing pro/am and amateur national level events across the US and Europe. In this time, I was able to enjoy meeting many young athletes and aspiring pros along their own journey and embrace the true love for youth/amateur racing again. 

2014-2021

Professional Motocross Supercross athlete

After racing for the Horton Racing Yamaha team as an amateur I turned pro at the end of 2014 and got to race AX/SX/MX for many different teams and sponsors over the years. After scoring many top 20's and 15's in my career in both SX and MX along with earning the Erve Braun Memorial award in 2017 and 250 Privateer of the Year in 2017. I got to train at some of the best training facilities and private gyms across the US while pursuing my best. Many top coaches and trainers got me to the level I was able to reach.

Cycling

After many years of cycling we offer entry to top amateur level cycling support and programs. If you are looking to complete your first endurance event, race at a competitive level, or get better for your weekend group rides we have the programs for you. Combining Strength / Endurance / and Mobility. 

Offering monthly / yearly plans 

Motocross

With years of experience our motocross program offers off the bike Strength / Cardio / Flexibility / and mobility pre and re-hab with in the training program. Perfect for every athlete from weekend riders looking to gain confidence and an edge to top professional looking to gain that last 1% needed. 

Offering Race Specific builds / monthly / yearly plans 

Running

We offer running programs for entry level runners looking to start the sport with knowledge and structure to help build confidence and results, to programs for seasoned athletes looking to knock off PR's and get qualifications for the races they desire to compete at. Combinging Endurance / Strength / Flexibility / and Mobility.

Triathlon / Multi Sport

We offer plans for not just triathletes but any athletes looking to tackle multiple goals and sports at the same time. Sometimes one sport is not just your thing and if that is earning a Kona Qualifying spot, competing at 70.3 worlds, national Duathlon/Aquathon events or any other multi sport out there we have the knowledge and support for you. Endurance / Strength / Mobility / and Flexibility.
